“Our streamed concert event on June 16 will unite the world through a memorable experience to generate the energy, love and financial support Ukraine so desperately needs right now,” said Victoria Yampolsky, a New York-based immigrant from the former Soviet Union and an American entrepreneur who conceived and co-founded World Unite for Ukraine.
Jon Queen, board member of the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation, added, “The humanitarian crisis on the ground in Ukraine is horrifying. Together, the world must come together to help alleviate the pain and suffering of Ukrainians at this urgent time. I invite everyone to view this event and donate what they can to support grassroots organizations making an impact on the ground in Ukraine.”
The event’s charity partner, USUF, is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working on the ground in Ukraine since 1991. USUF supports the development of democracy, a free-market economy and human rights in Ukraine while strengthening the bonds between America and Ukraine.
